Ruinart Rosé champagne perfectly embodies the art of blending in Champagne. It combines 45% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, and 55% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. These grapes come from around forty different crus. To this blend is added 20 to 30% of reserve wines, which bring depth and aromatic complexity.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve the wine's aromatic purity. Malolactic fermentation is carried out to add roundness. The wine is then aged for two to three years in the cellar before being dosed as Brut (8 g/L).
The Ruinart Rosé has a pretty coppery color with sparkling highlights. Its bubbles are lively and numerous, marking the youthfulness of this champagne.
On the nose, this cuvée reveals intense aromas of exotic fruits (pomegranate, lychee, guava, etc.), as well as a floral touch. On the second nose, notes of warm spices (tonka, nutmeg, etc.) stand out, adding extra depth to the aromatic bouquet.
On the palate, Ruinart Rosé offers surprising freshness, with a clean, lively attack. But from the mid-palate onwards, the wine becomes round and very elegant. The finish offers fresh notes of peppermint and pink grapefruit.
The price of a bottle of Ruinart Rosé with Seconde Peau case is 93,95 €. This price is justified by the exceptional quality of this champagne, its careful production and its innovative eco-friendly packaging. Although this champagne is not the cheapest on the market, it offers very good value for money.
Reviews of Ruinart Rosé are overwhelmingly positive, with champagne lovers praising its freshness and fruity character. Designed as a sustainable alternative to traditional boxes, this case is made from 99% cellulose fibers, making it fully recyclable. This lightweight, minimalist packaging reduces the environmental impact by 60% compared to its predecessor. In addition to protecting the bottle with great efficiency, the Seconde Peau case reflects the brand's identity: a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
To store your bottle of Ruinart Rosé in its Seconde Peau case, it is recommended to keep it at a constant temperature between 40 and 50°F, away from light and vibrations. The Seconde Peau case offers extra protection while being environmentally friendly, but it is always important to keep champagne lying down to keep the cork moist and prevent oxidation. Although this champagne can be stored for several years, it is generally best to drink it within 2 to 3 years to enjoy its freshness and intense fruity aromas.
Ruinart champagne is renowned for its distinctive style that emphasizes freshness and purity of aromas. Chardonnay is its flagship grape variety and is particularly prominent in the famous Blanc de Blancs cuvée. Ruinart's cellar master, Frédéric Panaïotis, perfectly embodies this philosophy by creating delicate and airy champagnes that combine tradition and modernity.
