Ruinart Brut Rosé is a champagne that perfectly combines the freshness of Chardonnay with the richness of Pinot Noir. It is a cuvée that is equally suited to an aperitif or a meal.
RuinartRosé is the result of a blend of 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir, 12% of which is vinified as red wine. This blend comes from the best vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, and the Vallée de la Marne.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to ensure good tension. Malolactic fermentation adds roundness and complexity to the cuvée. After 2 to 3 years of aging in the cellar, the champagne is dosed at 8 g/L, achieving a perfect balance between freshness and aromatic intensity.
On the eye, Ruinart Rosé reveals an elegant color with coppery hues and sparkling highlights. Its bubbles are dynamic and seductive.
The first nose is an explosion of exotic fruits, supported by floral notes of rose and red berries. With aeration, warm spice notes enrich the bouquet and add complexity.
On the palate, this champagne reveals a striking freshness, balanced by a delicate structure. Pretty fruity notes return on the mid-palate. It is full-bodied and mellow, with a hint of vinosity. The finish is fresh, evoking peppermint and citrus fruits.
The price of a bottle of Ruinart Rosé is 92,95 €. Given its exceptional quality and careful production, this champagne offers excellent value for money. For those looking for a high-end champagne, Ruinart Rosé is a great option. The price of Ruinart Rosé also reflects the expertise and history of the house.

If you don't have a wine cellar, a cool, dark cupboard will do. It is also advisable to keep the bottle lying down to keep the cork moist, ensuring a perfect seal. This champagne can be kept for several years, but it is generally recommended to drink it within 2 to 3 years of purchase to fully appreciate its fresh and fruity aromas.
