Odyssée 319 champagne

Starting from Avize, in the Côte des Blancs, Olivier Bonville (4th generation of the Franck Bonville Champagne House) and his son-in-law Ferdinand Ruelle are today embarking on a journey to meet the winegrowers who enhance the Champagne mosaic of its 319 crus. These two winemakers start from the observation that Champagne offers infinite possibilities, a mosaic of micro-terroirs and a diversity of expression. Both wish to observe this multitude of distinctive terroirs and reveal their unique characteristics.

The Odyssey 319 begins in Avize, the terroir where Olivier and Ferdinand are winemakers. The Odyssée Brut cuvées, which represent the soul of this adventure, Odyssée Rosé, which symbolizes the beginnings of this odyssey, and Millésime 2017, which bears the unique imprint of the year 2017, form the foundation of the permanent collection. These are singular expressions, all born in the same village, but each with its own unique nuances.
