This Rosé cuvée from Maison Odyssée 319 symbolizes the beginnings of this Odyssey. An elegant, fresh cuvée with fruity and cheerful notes.
Working with Pierre Déthune, Olivier Bonville found a method of vinifying Pinot Noir grapes from Ambonnay that was perfectly suited to the blend he wanted to create, thanks to their lightness and intense fruity flavors.
This cuvée is a blend of vintages from 2018 to 2015, composed of 90% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru d'Avize in the Côte des Blancs and 10% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru d'Ambonnay terroir in the Montagne de Reims.
After bottling, the bottles are aged for a fairly long time in the cellar, developing maturity and finesse. After disgorging, the wine is dosed Extra-Brut at 5.83 g/L.
This Rosé cuvée from Maison Odyssée 319 offers a fresh and light first nose, then opens up to a subtle palette where delicious aromas of redcurrants, raspberries and hazelnuts mingle with citrus notes.
On the palate, the attack is fresh and persistent, leading to a balanced, clean and pure finish.
