This Odyssée Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs cuvée from Maison Odyssée 319 embodies the spirit of this adventure and journey.
This cuvée is a blend of vintages from 2018 to 2015 and is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru d'Avize in the Côte des Blancs.
This champagne expresses the freshness and tension of this vintage, as well as the generosity of Olivier Bonville and Ferdinand Ruelle's winemaking.
After bottling, the bottles are aged for a fairly long time in the cellar, developing the maturity and finesse characteristic of the great wines of the Côte des Blancs. After disgorging, the wine is dosed at 6.67 g/L.
On the palate, the wine is round and fresh. It has beautifully balanced notes of stone fruits such as plum and mirabelle plum, offering volume and length worthy of the great Chardonnay cuvées.
