This cuvée from Maison Odyssée 319 showcases three Grand Cru terroirs from the Côte des Blancs through the 2017 vintage.
The year 2017 was characterized by a particularly warm winter and spring, followed by a gloomy, humid, and cool summer. The end of August was humid and hot. The harvest had to be carried out quickly, with careful selection.
This cuvée is 100% Chardonnay from Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, three Grands Crus villages renowned for the quality of their grapes.
The grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats, malolactic fermentation is carried out and the bottles are corked.
The nose is elegant and generous with caramelized notes.
The palate is rich and voluptuous with toasted and brioche aromas. The finish is long and marked by subtle bitter notes.
