An icon of Champagne rosé, Laurent-Perrier’s Cuvée Rosé captivates with its elegance, freshness, and aromatic intensity. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir, it is renowned for its vibrant salmon color, intense nose of red fruits, and structured palate. Presented here in a bare bottle, this cuvée perfectly embodies the unique style of the Laurent-Perrier house.
The Production of Laurent-Perrier’s Cuvée Rosé
Unlike most rosé champagnes, which are made by blending red and white wines, the Cuvée Rosé is vinified using the maceration method, also known as “saignée.” The selected Pinot Noir grapes macerate for 48 to 72 hours to naturally extract color and aromas. This complex method, perfectly mastered by the House of Laurent-Perrier, yields a wine of great aromatic intensity while retaining remarkable finesse.
The Terroir
The Cuvée Rosé derives its character from a rigorous selection of 100% Pinot Noir vineyards, located exclusively in the Montagne de Reims, particularly in Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois, and Tours-sur-Marne. These Grand Cru-classified villages yield grapes of exceptional richness—both intense and balanced—that are perfectly suited to maceration.
Blend and Style
The Rosé Cuvée is a single-varietal Champagne, made from 100% Pinot Noir, with no reserve wines added. This bold choice underscores the house’s commitment to producing a rosé of pure expression, faithful to the base vintage. The style is structured, fruity, and of rare intensity, while remaining exceptionally elegant.
Aging
Each bottle is aged in the cellar for a minimum of 5 years, well beyond legal requirements. This extended aging allows the wine to round out, refine its bubbles, and develop more complex aromas, all while retaining its original freshness.
Dosage
With a dosage of 8 g/L, the Cuvée Rosé offers a balanced brut profile that respects the intensity of the fruit without masking the wine’s structure or freshness.

Storage and Serving Tips
Storing This Champagne
Store the bottle on its side in a cool place (10–12°C), away from light and vibrations. A natural cellar or a temperature-controlled wine cellar is ideal for preserving the intensity of the aromas and the finesse of the effervescence of this 100% Pinot Noir cuvée.
Aging Potential
The Rosé Cuvée can be enjoyed now for its vibrant fruitiness, or cellared for 3 to 8 years to develop greater complexity. It will then develop notes of fig, gingerbread, and candied fruit, while retaining a lovely freshness.
Serving Suggestions
Serve between 8°C and 10°C in a tulip glass or white wine glass to best reveal its bouquet. Opening the bottle a few minutes before serving allows the aromas to fully express themselves.
