      Description

The Brut Rosé from Jacques Chaput is a deliciously full and fruity champagne made from the same blend as the Brut Tradition to which 5 to 10% of red wine is added.

It is a rich, gourmand, multi-faceted champagne, distinguished by a dosage at 10,5g/L and 30 months cellar ageing.

      Tasting

      By Patrick Borras

      Robe

Jacques Chaput Brut Rosé has a rosy, tile-red color. Its fine, rare bubbles suggest a delicate champagne.

      Nose

This cuvée has a very fruity nose, with greedy notes of red fruit, strawberry and fresh cherry. There are also more airy, fresher aromas, with notes of citrus and pink grapefruit in particular.

      Palate

On the palate, the attack is very pleasant, very greedy. The aromas of fresh red fruit are present, along with a lovely smoothness that makes this a subtle, delicate champagne.

      Service

I suggest you serve this champagne as an aperitif or to accompany some red fruit desserts. Ideally, Jacques Chaput Brut Rosé should be enjoyed at a temperature of 8-9°C.
