      Description

      Elegant, with its floral and bready notes, the Brut Tradition from Jacques Chaput is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay which has passed 2 to 3 years in the Chaput cellars in order to polish and develop its aromas.

      Dosed at 8,5g/L it is a superbly balanced champagne of great charm with a touch of vinosity.

      Robe

      Brut Tradition Chaput is a beautiful golden yellow color. Its bubbles are fine and lively.

      Nose

      This is a champagne with a complex, intense nose, accentuated by dried fruit aromas, and punctuated by fresher, more mineral notes. The result is a light, pleasant nose.

      Palate

      The attack on the palate is beautiful, unfolding a very silky, rich texture. On the palate, Chaput Brut Tradition offers a pleasant vinosity, punctuated by fresher, more mineral notes.

      Service

      This is undeniably a champagne of character, capable not only of complementing an aperitif but also a meal. I recommend serving this cuvée at around 8-9°C.
