Henriot Brut Souverain is the result of a precise blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier. This champagne highlights the diversity of the Champagne terroir through 29 carefully selected crus. Each year, the Henriot champagne house blends between 50% and 70% of wines from the current year and 30% to 50% of reserve wines to bring consistency, complexity, and aromatic richness to this blend.
Aging is a key element in the production of this champagne, with a minimum of three years in the cellar, allowing the aromas to develop fully. Finally, the dosage is Brut, adjusted to less than 7 g/L, providing the perfect balance between freshness and roundness.
The Henriot Brut Souverain has a bright golden yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles.
The nose is intense and complex, blending aromas of citrus biscuits, red fruits and a subtle hint of smoke, all on a mineral base of pure chalk.
On the palate, this champagne is round, straightforward and very fresh. Stone fruit flavors blend harmoniously with biscuit notes. The finish is long and refreshing.
The price of Henriot Brut Souverain in a magnum is 94,95 €. Given the exceptional quality of this champagne and its generous size, it offers excellent value for money.
