      Description

Henriot Brut Souverain in magnum is a must-try champagne. It stands out for its complex aromatic palette, dominated by fresh citrus notes, biscuit, and a hint of red fruit. A magnum that is perfect for special occasions.

The production of Henriot Brut Souverain champagne

Henriot Brut Souverain is the result of a precise blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier. This champagne highlights the diversity of the Champagne terroir through 29 carefully selected crus. Each year, the Henriot champagne house blends between 50% and 70% of wines from the current year and 30% to 50% of reserve wines to bring consistency, complexity, and aromatic richness to this blend.

Aging is a key element in the production of this champagne, with a minimum of three years in the cellar, allowing the aromas to develop fully. Finally, the dosage is Brut, adjusted to less than 7 g/L, providing the perfect balance between freshness and roundness.

      Tasting notes

      • Appearance

The Henriot Brut Souverain has a bright golden yellow color with fine, persistent bubbles.

      • Nose

The nose is intense and complex, blending aromas of citrus biscuits, red fruits and a subtle hint of smoke, all on a mineral base of pure chalk.

      • Palate

On the palate, this champagne is round, straightforward and very fresh. Stone fruit flavors blend harmoniously with biscuit notes. The finish is long and refreshing.
