The Brut Souverain from Champagne Henriot is a cuvée that combines complexity and precision, with notes of fresh fruit and remarkable freshness, ideal for all festive occasions. Presented in a bottle and case, it is perfect for gifting.
Henriot's Brut Souverain is the result of a meticulous blend of the three main grape varieties of Champagne: Pinot Noir, which provides structure and depth, Chardonnay, synonymous with finesse and elegance, and Meunier, which adds a fruity and round touch. This complex blend comes from 29 different crus, ensuring exceptional aromatic richness. Each year, a rigorous selection of reserve wines and wines of the year compose this blend, offering unparalleled continuity and complexity.
Brut Souverain is a multi-cru and multi-year champagne, with 30 to 50% reserve wines integrated to ensure consistency of style and increased complexity. These reserve wines, from several vintages, are carefully preserved to enrich the aromatic bouquet of the cuvée.
The vinification process of the Brut Souverain reflects perfectly mastered know-how. The wines are vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the aromas and freshness. After blending, the cuvée ages in the cellar for at least three years, during which the aromas develop and gain complexity. The dosage is less than 7g/L, which allows for beautiful vivacity while balancing the flavors.
The color of Brut Souverain is a beautiful sparkling and clear gold. Its bubbles are fine and numerous, a sign of careful aging.
The nose reveals a rich and complex aromatic palette, blending notes of citrus and yellow fruits followed by a floral touch before finishing with gourmet aromas of brioche and dried fruits.
On the palate, this champagne is both straight and round. The attack is lively and fresh with notes of fruit. It is a full and elegant palate, with a silky texture. The finish lasts for long seconds. It is clean with acidic notes.
The price of the Henriot Brut Souverain bottle, presented in its elegant case, is 45,95 €. This high-quality champagne, which embodies the excellence and tradition of the House of Henriot, is a wise choice for those seeking a refined champagne at an accessible price.

Did you know that the Brut Souverain was the first cuvée created by Apolline Henriot, the founder of the house, to express the richness of her terroirs over the years? Since its creation, this cuvée has continued to embody the pioneering spirit and innovation of the house, while remaining faithful to its roots. Another interesting anecdote: the proportion of reserve wines used in this champagne varies depending on the vintages to maintain the quality and unique style of the Brut Souverain.
