Description
Brut Rosé from the house of Drappier is a gloriously fruity champagne where raspberry and blackcurrant mingle with citrusy aromas, ideal to accompany a fruit dessert.
Exclusively Pinot Noir, it is made using the free-run method which consists of leaving the grapes to macerate for several hours, or even days if necessary, in order to extract the particular color desired and obtain more concentrated and intense aromas.
It’s a champagne which is salmon pink in color and which offers a nose of raspberries and blackberries.
Richer spicier notes follow, with a light touch of citrus.
Drappier Brut Rosé is imposing in the mouth, round and full developing red fruits and mandarin, with a hint of white pepper as witness to the maturity of this cuvee.
Divine with fresh strawberries, or more surprisingly with salmon.
