The 2009 Vintage Rosé from Dom Pérignon is a bold cuvée offering an infinite range of aromas.
The 2009 harvest is one of the finest in recent years. It is completely different from 2008. 2009 is a sunny, full-bodied, generous vintage.
The 2009 Vintage Rosé Dom Pérignon is a cuvée that combines the minerality of Chardonnay with the fruitiness of Pinot Noir.
The 2008 Dom Pérignon Vintage Rosé has a nose that reveals fleeting notes of rose, orange oil, and saffron. It is a nose marked by red fruits (raspberry, cherry, and even blackcurrant). On the second nose, notes of gingerbread and licorice are then discovered.
On the palate, this champagne starts with a round, very elegant attack. The mid-palate highlights the beautiful texture of this Vintage Rosé 2009. The finish is remarkable, long and slender, with aromas of ripe, fleshy fruit.
An elegant champagne with a silky structure and surprising salinity. A cuvée that will pair beautifully with red meat or cheese.
