The year 2009 in Champagne was marked by exceptional weather conditions. After a harsh winter and a mild spring, summer arrived with ideal sunshine and warm temperatures. These conditions allowed the grapes to ripen optimally, producing rich and concentrated fruit.
This vintage was harvested at perfect maturity, and the vinification was carried out in accordance with the Dom Pérignon spirit, seeking the perfect balance between intensity and freshness. The wine then benefits from extended aging of nearly 12 years in the cellars, giving it remarkable complexity and aromatic depth. The dosage is perfectly adjusted to preserve the purity and elegance of the wine.
