The year 2004 contrasts with the very difficult year 2003. The climate was milder, allowing the vines to develop steadily and without incident. The end of summer was sunny, giving the grapes excellent ripeness.

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 is an inimitable champagne, elegant and racy.

The bubbles are extremely fine, and the color is a magnificent golden yellow.

The first nose reveals notes of almond and powdered cocoa, mingling with white fruit and dried flowers. On the second nose, the wine evolves towards notes of torrefaction, a sign of great maturity.

On the palate, Vintage 2004 Dom Pérignon displays remarkable balance, evolving between density and weightlessness. This is a cuvée of remarkable precision. A chiselled cuvée that stretches out on seductive, spicy and delicate notes. Remarkable!
