The Blanc de Blancs cuvée from Diebolt-Vallois is the icon of the house. It showcases the expertise of Jacques Diebolt, one of the finest connoisseurs of the Côte des Blancs terroir.
This champagne is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in the terroirs of Cuis, Chouilly, Epernay, and young vines in Cramant.
It is a blend of two different vintages to achieve a consistent and complex champagne.
