The Brut Nature "mag 18" from A.R. Lenoble is made from the 2018 harvest blended with 45% reserve wines, some of which are aged in magnums. This type of aging gives this cuvée a beautiful roundness.
This champagne is composed of 25% Chardonnay from Chouilly Grand Cru, 40% Pinot Noir from Bisseuil Premier Cru and 35% Pinot Meunier from Damery.
What sets Brut Nature apart from Brut Intense is its extended aging of six months.
As its name suggests, this champagne is completely unblended. The absence of sugar allows the wine to express itself fully.
The Brut Nature from A.R. Lenoble has a golden color with fine bubbles.
The nose is intense and complex, with beautiful notes of white and yellow fruits, citrus, and floral nuances.
On the palate, the attack is round and soft, almost velvety. The fruit notes perceived on the nose are then found again, supported by a mineral freshness.
This Brut Nature "mag 18" cuvée is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a seafood platter.
