Gentilhomme 2006 from the house of A.R. Lenoble is a Blanc de Blancs of power, finesse and gourmandise.
Made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly, it is only produced in the greatest of vintages and only in very limited quantities (4 to 5 000 bottles).
It is a cuvee of luminous gold adorned with extremely fine bubbles and a delicate mousse.
The nose is complex, with rich, full aromas of white-fleshed fruits evolving towards richer, more gourmand notes.
Gentilhomme 2006 is superbly well-balanced, fresh and rich, with its buttery attack and its vivid palate of finely lingering white fruits and citrus in a subtle blend of opulence and elegance, freshness and power. A magnificent champagne
Lenoble Gentilhomme 2006 will make a sumptuous aperitif, but is also excellent for serving with a supreme of chicken or guinea fowl, or a boleto mushroom risotto with parmesan shavings.
