The Brut Rosé Grand Cru from Maillart is a champagne with a wide range of aromas and intense notes of red fruit that pair perfectly with a gourmet appetizer or a red fruit dessert.
This is a rosé de saignée, meaning that its color and aromas are obtained through the slow maceration of the grapes.
The Pinot Noir grapes used for maceration come from the Bouzy terroir, probably the greatest terroir for this grape variety. A touch of Chardonnay adds freshness and minerality.
Partially aged in oak barrels, this Brut Rosé Grand Cru benefits from a touch of complexity. It is a cuvée with a low dosage, around 1g/l, in order to preserve the expressiveness and power of the Bouzy terroir.
This Brut Rosé Grand Cru from Maillart has a deep pink color dotted with fine bubbles.
On the nose, there are notes of red fruits and wild berries, which then evolve into a slightly spicy touch reminiscent of vanilla.
On the palate, the Brut Rosé Grand Cru has a fresh and intense attack, followed by pronounced fruity aromas. This is a cuvée with good length and a fresh, delicious finish.
