This box set contains six 43cl flutes designed by three-star Michelin chef Arnaud Lallement in collaboration with Lehmann glassworks. These flutes are particularly suited to brut and rosé champagnes. They are, of course, the flutes used at his restaurant, L'Assiette Champenoise.

Description
This box set contains six 43cl flutes designed by three-star Michelin chef Arnaud Lallement in collaboration with Lehmann glassworks. These flutes are particularly suited to brut and rosé champagnes. They are, of course, the flutes used at his restaurant, L'Assiette Champenoise.
Born in Champagne, Arnaud Lallement has forged strong links with the region's winemakers and leading champagne houses. His cuisine is wonderfully complemented by fine wines, and is characterized by emotion and sensitivity.
He has designed glasses with elegant curves that allow the aromas to concentrate and express themselves fully. " I strive to create cuisine that is very straightforward, very pure, with just the right touch of acidity. I wanted the collection to reflect this."

It is mouth-blown and has a capacity of 43 cl.
