This decanter was designed by three-star Michelin chef Arnaud Lallement in collaboration with glassmaker Lehmann. It is, of course, the decanter used at his restaurant, L'Assiette Champenoise.
Born in Champagne, Arnaud Lallement has forged strong ties with the region's winemakers and leading champagne houses. His cuisine is wonderfully complemented by fine wines, and is characterized by emotion and sensitivity.
He has designed a collection of glasses and decanters with elegant curves that allow the aromas to concentrate and express themselves fully.
This carafe allows the wine and champagne to decant and develop their aromas. When decanting champagne, it is advisable to leave the cuvée to open for just a few minutes to preserve its effervescence.
" I strive to create cuisine that is very straightforward, very pure, with just the right touch of acidity. I wanted the collection to reflect this."
The Arnaud Lallement carafe no. 2 measures
- 348 mm high
- 130 mm wide.
