This set contains six 50cl No. 3 flutes designed by three-star Champagne chef Arnaud Lallement in collaboration with Lehmann glassworks. This flute is particularly suited to tasting sparkling Blanc de Blancs wines, which are light and mineral. These are the flutes you will find on the tables of his restaurant, L'Assiette Champenoise.
Born in Champagne, Arnaud Lallement has forged strong links with the region's winemakers and leading champagne houses. His cuisine is wonderfully complemented by fine wines, offering a taste of emotion and sensitivity.
He has designed glasses with elegant curves that allow the aromas to concentrate and express themselves fully. " I strive to create cuisine that is very straightforward, very pure, with just the right touch of acidity. I wanted the collection to reflect this."
