Description
Cuvée Instant Présent from Lancelot-Pienne is a Blanc de Blancs champagne of finesse and delicacy.
This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and sometimes from the southern slopes of Epernay (Monthelon, Mancy), when the latter offer exceptional grapes.
The Instant Présent cuvée is built on a blend of 80% vintage wines and 20% reserve wines kept according to the soléra system, which add substance and complexity. The dosage is 5g/l to bring roundness and delicacy.
Cuvée Instant Présent has a clear, crystalline color, studded with fine bubbles.
On the nose, it reveals floral notes, complemented by citrus aromas and a fine mineral presence.
The palate is round, open and expressive. The finish is elegant and creamy.
A fine cuvée, ideal as an aperitif.
