The Instant Présent magnum from Lancelot-Pienne is a Blanc de Blancs champagne that is all finesse and delicacy.
It is a cuvée made from Chardonnay grapes from the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and sometimes from the southern slopes of Epernay (Monthelon, Mancy), when these offer exceptional grapes.
The Instant Présent cuvée is built on a blend of 80% wines from the current year and 20% reserve wines aged using the solera system, which add body and complexity. Its dosage is 5g/l to bring roundness and richness.
The Instant Présent cuvée has a clear, crystalline color, dotted with fine bubbles.
On the nose, this champagne reveals floral notes, complemented by citrus aromas and a lovely mineral presence.
On the palate, it is a round, open and expressive cuvée. The finish is elegant and creamy.
A beautiful cuvée, ideal as an aperitif.
