Description
The Blanc de Blancs from Lancelot-Pienne is superbly elegant in the image of the Grand Cru terroir of the Côte des Blancs.
Made exclusively from Chardonnay grown on the best parcels belonging to Lancelot-Pienne for an exceptionally fresh champagne.
Part of the wine (20%) is kept according to the solera method, to create extra complexity and texture in this cuvée.
The Lancelot-Pienne Blanc de Blancs gleams crystal clear and pure with delicate bubbles.
Floral notes with a touch of white fruits dominate the nose, with crisp notes of pear, apple and fresh almond on the palate.
Incisive and fresh, the dosage at 8g/L of this cuvee ensure a perfect balance and a gossamer touch.
A superb cuvee which will please as an aperitif and will also match well with shellfish and fruit desserts.
