Franck Pascal's Cuvée Fluence is a champagne that offers an excellent balance of minerality, tension, fruitiness and ripeness. It's a complex cuvée that already offers a superb glimpse of the house's savoir-faire.
Cuvée Fluence is a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 34% Pinot Noir and 6% Chardonnay. Franck Pascal's approach to winemaking is as natural as possible. The yeasts naturally present on the grapes trigger the first fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is unprovoked, naturally triggered by the wine. To preserve the sensations captured in the grapes, vinification and ageing take place at cellar temperature, with no additives, and no technology to heat, cool or filter the wines.
Cuvée Fluence is a tender, gourmand champagne with a beautiful tension. An ideal aperitif.
