The Fluence cuvée by Franck Pascal is a champagne that offers a beautiful balance between minerality, tension, fruitiness, and maturity. It is a complex cuvée that already gives a superb glimpse of the house's expertise.
The Fluence cuvée is the result of a blend of 60% Pinot Meunier, 34% Pinot Noir and 6% Chardonnay. Franck Pascal favors the most natural winemaking process possible. Thus, it is the yeasts naturally present on the grapes that trigger the first fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is not induced, but occurs naturally in the wine. To preserve the sensations captured in the grapes, vinification and aging take place at cellar temperature, without additives or technology to heat, cool, or filter the wines.
The Fluence cuvée is a tender, indulgent champagne with beautiful tension. An ideal cuvée for aperitifs.
