This sunny vintage, the result of an exceptional year in Champagne, has produced a champagne full of tension and precision, enhanced by an exclusive box designed by Paola Paronetto.
The making of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2015
This vintage is characterized by a dominant 90% Pinot Noir from Veuve Clicquot's historic Crus, such as Verzenay, Verzy, Bouzy, Ambonnay, and Aÿ. With a delicate touch of Chardonnay (10%) from the Grands Crus of Avize and Mesnil-sur-Oger, La Grande Dame 2015 achieves perfect balance.
For this cuvée, the dosage is reduced to 6 g/L to preserve the purity and minerality of this exceptional wine, produced only in years deemed remarkable by the Cellar Master. This champagne develops an intense aromatic complexity, with a structure that illustrates all the richness of the Champagne terroir.
