The Rosélie cuvée from Roger Coulon is a complex and delicious rosé.
This champagne is a blend of 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. The combination of red-vinified Meunier grapes and the natural pulp of Pinot Noir grapes brings brightness and elegance to this rosé champagne.
The grapes come from Vrigny and Coulommes la Montagne, two villages whose terroir is classified as Premier Cru.
This cuvée undergoes malolactic fermentation and has a dosage of 6g/L.
The Rosélie cuvée has been aged in cellars for 5 years.
