The Louise Nature 2006 cuvée is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from three great Champagne terroirs: Aÿ, Avize, and Cramant. These Grand Cru terroirs give the cuvée its minerality and elegance.
The 2006 vintage was hot and dry, with a particularly hot September, allowing the grapes to ripen beautifully. The harvest was generous and produced grapes rich in flavor and complexity.
This cuvée is unblended, meaning that no sugar is added. This approach allows the wine's purity to shine through, highlighting its terroir.
After bottling, the 2006 Louise Nature spent many years in chalk cellars 30 meters underground. Protected from temperature variations, it underwent a slow second fermentation, ensuring bubbles of great finesse.
