Pommery Brut Rosé champagne perfectly embodies the subtlety and romanticism of the Pommery style. With its delicate color and fine bubbles, this cuvée is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with white meat, shellfish, or red fruit desserts.
Brut Rosé Pommery is made from a blend of mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Red-vinified Pinot Noir is added to this blend, giving the champagne its slightly salmon color and fruity notes. The Pinot Noir comes from the Bouzy Grand Cru vineyards on the Montagne de Reims, renowned for their exceptional ripeness.
The vinification process takes place in stainless steel vats to preserve all the freshness and liveliness of the aromas. After blending, the Brut Rosé is transferred to Pommery's chalk cellars, located 30 meters underground, where it is left to rest for at least three years. This long maturation in the cellar allows the cuvée to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance. The dosage in Brut guarantees a perfect balance between acidity and fruity aromas.
Pommery Brut Rosé is distinguished by its delicate pale pink color with slightly salmon hues. Its bubbles are fine and persistent, a sign of long maturation in the cellars.
The nose is marked by aromas of red berries such as raspberry and wild strawberry. This fruity freshness is underscored by the wine's freshness and delicacy.
On the palate, this cuvée is subtle with a supple attack. Red fruit notes dominate, enhanced by a slight liveliness that brings perfect balance. The finish is long and refined, leaving a lingering sensation of freshness.
The price of a bottle of Brut Rosé Pommery champagne is 49,95 €. This price reflects the quality of the selected grapes, the care taken in the winemaking process, and the long aging in the cellar. Excellent value for money for a rosé cuvée of this finesse and elegance.
