The production of Pommery Brut Royal champagne

Pommery Brut Royal is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Chardonnay, which dominates this blend, brings freshness and finesse, while Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier add structure and roundness. The grapes come from 40 crus in the Champagne region, mainly located on the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. These terroirs are renowned for their high-quality grapes.

This cuvée is vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve its aromatic freshness and fruity and floral notes. The second fermentation takes place slowly in the Pommery cellars, 30 meters underground, in a naturally cool atmosphere that promotes the formation of fine, elegant bubbles. The Brut dosage guarantees a well-balanced champagne.
