The Henriette Rosé Grand Cru cuvée from Pierre Moncuit is a champagne that is both delicious and refreshing. This rosé champagne reveals subtle aromas of red fruits and a light texture, perfect as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
The Henriette Rosé Grand Cru cuvée is a blend of approximately 88% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger and 12% Pinot Noir Grand Cru from Bouzy, vinified in red. This combination of grape varieties offers a perfect balance between the freshness of Chardonnay and the depth of Pinot Noir.
The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity and natural expression of the grapes. After three years of aging in the cellar, this cuvée achieves a perfect balance between freshness and complexity. With a dosage of around 8 g/L, the champagne retains a beautiful liveliness while revealing a soft roundness.
This cuvée highlights the exceptional qualities of the grapes harvested in the Grand Cru terroirs of Mesnil-sur-Oger and Bouzy. The terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger, located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, is renowned for its chalky soils, which give Chardonnay exceptional minerality and great elegance. In Bouzy, on the Montagne de Reims, Pinot Noir flourishes on rich limestone soils, producing powerful, generous wines full of character.
The Henriette Rosé Grand Cru cuvée has a deep pink color with slightly salmon-pink highlights.
The nose reveals subtle aromas of red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by floral notes and a hint of citrus.
On the palate, the attack is light and elegant, marked by a delicate vinosity. The red fruit flavors blend harmoniously with a mineral freshness for a lingering, indulgent finish.
The price of a bottle of Henriette Rosé Grand Cru - Pierre Moncuit is 35,95 €. This cuvée offers exceptional value for money. A sure bet for lovers of rosé champagnes.

Tasting
By Patrick BorrasThe Henriette Rosé Grand Cru from Pierre Moncuit has a pinkish-orange color with sparkling highlights. Its fine, discreet bubbles give it a lightness.
On the nose, this champagne develops delicious notes of red fruit, strawberry, cherry, and pomegranate. It is rich and intense on the nose.
On the palate, the attack is very pleasant, marked by finesse and smoothness. It is a delicious wine, enhanced by very pleasant notes of fresh fruit that bring a lot of freshness to the finish.
I recommend serving this wine with red fruit desserts or as a summer aperitif. Serve chilled, around 8°C.
