Perrier-Jouët's Blason Rosé is a rosé champagne that combines power and elegance. Perfectly structured and endowed with a rich aromatic palette, it is equally sublime as a gourmet meal or a beautiful aperitif.
Blason Rosé is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 25% Meunier. The grapes come from around twenty prestigious Champagne crus. The Chardonnays from Chouilly, Avize, and Oger bring finesse and floral notes. The Meuniers from Dizy, Damery, and Vincelles add fullness and richness. Finally, Pinot Noir grapes from Verzy, Verzenay, and Ambonnay add strength and structure. A touch of red wine, obtained through maceration, gives this cuvée its beautiful salmon pink color with coppery highlights. Aged for at least three years in the cellar and dosed between 8 and 10 g/L, this champagne achieves a perfect balance between power and delicacy.
Blason Rosé is inspired by the Blason de France cuvée, created in 1955 and served in gourmet restaurants. This champagne was designed to accompany meals thanks to its complex flavors and generosity.
A salmon pink color with copper highlights, enlivened by a fine and persistent effervescence.
An intense nose with aromas of citrus (pink grapefruit, blood orange) and red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry), complemented by exotic touches such as passion fruit.
On the palate, the attack is rich and lively, with a full and generous finish. The flavors of red and exotic fruits blend harmoniously.
The price of a bottle of Blason Rosé Perrier-Jouët is 79,95 €. This cuvée offers aromatic richness and ideal structure. It is an essential choice for lovers of characterful rosé champagnes.
