Description
Perrier-Jouët's Blanc de Blancs, presented here in a magnum bottle, is a champagne characterized by its freshness and finesse.Made from Chardonnays sourced from the finest terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, this cuvée is characterized by its purity and liveliness.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve maximum freshness, this Blanc de Blancs also benefits from a low dosage (8g/L).
It is a perfect champagne for an aperitif. Its color is a pale gold. On the nose, one discovers notes of elderflower, acacia, honeysuckle, and citrus.
On the palate, it is a lively champagne, carried by a beautiful minerality. One discovers citrus notes and a rich aromatic profile.
