The production of Blanc de Blancs Perrier-Jouët champagne

Created in 2017, the Blanc de Blancs cuvée embodies the essence of Perrier-Jouët's expertise with its 100% Chardonnay blend. The grapes come from 15 prestigious vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims, and the Sézannais and Vitryat regions.

Each cru is selected for its unique balance between liveliness and elegance, with the addition of 15% reserve wines to ensure the consistency of the Perrier-Jouët style. After a minimum of three years' aging on lees, this champagne reveals all its freshness and vitality. With a dosage of 8 g/l, the Blanc de Blancs retains a beautiful roundness while enhancing its minerality.

A rich history steeped in tradition

This cuvée continues a tradition dating back to the 1920s, when Perrier-Jouët presented its first 100% Chardonnay cuvées. Long before the official appearance of "Blanc de Blancs, " this innovative vision marked the history of champagne.
