      Description

      The Rosé Solera from Palmer is a cuvée with character, demonstrating the house's expertise in red wine production.

      It is a champagne with intense notes of wild strawberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant, and spices. The Rosé Solera from Palmer & Co is a blend of 35% reserve wine, the three Champagne grape varieties and 8% red wine aged in oak barrels. This gives it notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

      The nose exudes aromas of wild strawberries and lively notes of redcurrant and blackcurrant.

      Aged on lees for three years and dosed at 7 g/L, this is a fine, rich champagne that can be enjoyed now as an aperitif or with a fruit dessert.

      Palmer & Co's Rosé Réserve is a champagne with a pale pink color and garnet highlights. Its bubbles are fine and intense.

      Nose

      The nose reveals a very fruity champagne with aromas of red fruits and a hint of spice. The aromatic palette is broad: fresh cherry, strawberry, lime, grapefruit...

      Palate

      The palate of this wine is surprisingly delicious. It is rich and smooth, with cherry and strawberry aromas. Citrus aromas bring beautiful freshness and balance.

      Service

      I recommend serving this wine at a temperature of 8 to 9°C, as an aperitif or with certain red fruit desserts.
