Description
The Blanc de Noirs cuvée from Palmer & Co is the result of a blend of the best wines from the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Bars and the Vallée de la Marne. Perfectly balanced between vinosity and roundness, its 50% Pinot Meunier gives it suppleness and fruitiness, while its Pinot Noir brings power and density.
The 35% reserve wines that make up this cuvée and its three years of aging on lees guarantee a delicious maturity.
With only 6g/L of dosage, it retains its purity and freshness, which contrasts subtly with the fruity body of the two Pinots.
