With 7g/L of dosage and aged on lees for four years, it has great clarity. A beautiful cuvée for tasting, this Blanc de Blancs will express itself with panache as an aperitif.
Tasting
By Patrick BorrasThe Blanc de Blancs from Palmer & Co has a pale golden color with sparkling golden highlights. Its bubbles are fine and regular.
This wine offers a very rich and fresh nose reminiscent of brioche, punctuated by fresher, mineral notes with a hint of citrus and chalk.
On the palate, this is a very pleasant wine with a lovely roundness on the attack and citrus aromas, even citrus peel, which give it a very pleasant freshness. This wine offers absolutely perfect balance!
This Blanc de Blancs is a perfect champagne for an aperitif. I suggest serving it at a temperature of 9° to 10°C.
