Plus de Bulles has teamed up with the famous house of G.H. Mumm to offer you a wedding pack comprising 30 bottles of Cordon Rouge and 6 bottles of Rosé to accompany your wedding from the vin d'honneur to dessert. This pack allows you to serve around 250 flutes of champagne (an average of 7 flutes per bottle).
To celebrate this unique moment, Plus de Bulles and G.H. Mumm are pleased to offer the bride and groom a bottle of Blanc de Blancs champagne, valued at €64.95, one of the finest cuvées produced by the Reims-based house.
Blanc de Blancs - G.H. Mumm
Created in 1882, the Blanc de Blancs cuvée was for a long time reserved for the directors and friends of the House. It is only since 2008 that this cuvée has been sold in limited quantities by wine merchants and on the tables of the greatest chefs.
Made exclusively from Chardonnay from the Cramant terroir in the Côte des Blancs, this is a cuvée with a unique personality. It is specially crafted to develop creamy, unctuous nuances.
Mumm Blanc de Blancs is distinguished by its pure, luminous color with slightly green highlights. Its bubbles are extremely fine.
On the nose, it offers notes of fragrant white flowers, lemon and fresh fruit. On the palate, Mumm Blanc de Blancs has a delicate, subtle attack, marked by a beautiful chalky structure. The palate is full and unctuous, with lightly spicy aromas and a silky texture. The finish is rich and expressive.
Cordon Rouge - G.H. Mumm
G.H. Mumm's Cordon Rouge is the house's most famous cuvée. It's a champagne that combines fruitiness, gourmandise and freshness, making it the perfect aperitif cuvée.
This champagne has a golden color, sparkling and animated by fine bubbles. On the nose, Cordon Rouge Mumm offers notes of fresh fruit, white and yellow peaches and apricots, as well as exotic fruits. After a few moments, this cuvée opens up to more gourmand notes, with hints of vanilla, caramel, brioche and honey.
On the palate, the attack is fresh and lively, then gives way to a round, ample and slightly vinous wine. The fruity, gourmet aromas discovered on the nose are repeated, with a long, round finish.
Le Rosé - G.H. Mumm
Mumm's Brut Rosé is a champagne that evolves on notes of red fruit and citrus, complemented by an elegant, gourmand touch. This lively, fresh cuvée is a perfect match for red-fruit desserts, but also more surprisingly with grilled langoustines or marinated salmon.
The Brut Rosé Mumm is made from the same blend as the Cordon Rouge, but with the addition of 12-14% red Champagne. This cuvée is pale salmon-pink in color, with a hint of orange.
On the nose, Mumm Brut Rosé develops notes of fresh berries, morello cherry and pink grapefruit. After a few moments, the nose evolves towards notes of vanilla and honey.
Finally, on the palate, it's a lively, full-bodied Brut Rosé, which brilliantly carries its red fruit notes, a palate sharpened by a touch of acidity. A cuvée full of freshness, finesse and subtlety.
