Grand Vintage Rosé 2015 is a vintage blend dominated by Pinot Noir, both white and red, to give color and structure. The aim is to express the fullness of ripe red fruit while retaining the chalky freshness typical of the Moët style. A champagne where solar power meets mineral tension.
The grapes come from the historic vineyards of the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne, and the Côte des Blancs. The chalky soils of the hillsides offer freshness and finesse, while the clay soils ensure maturity and fullness. In 2015, the hot summer concentrated the aromas, but the chalk preserved tension and balance. This contrast gives the wine a dense and precise fruit expression, both ripe and salty.
The Pinot Noir grapes selected for the red wine underwent a short maceration to extract color and fine tannins. Complete malolactic fermentation softens the acidity, while long aging on lees develops texture and complexity. Dosage: Extra Brut at 5 g/L. The wine matured in the cellar for several years before disgorging, to achieve a perfect harmony between tension, fruit, and smoothness.
A hot, dry year, 2015 produced grapes of exceptional ripeness. On the north-facing slopes, the Pinot Noir gained in density and aromatic expression, revealing notes of ripe strawberry, cherry, and sweet spices. Chardonnay, harvested early, retains its liveliness and purity. This vintage produces a sunny, sensual and perfectly balanced champagne, where the power of the fruit blends into a structure of great finesse.
Coppery pink with salmon-colored highlights. Fine, regular effervescence. Dense, brilliant mousse, reflecting long and careful aging.
Intense aromas of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, and redcurrant. After aeration, hints of sweet spices, toasted hazelnut, and wet chalk. Harmonious and precise overall.
Full and juicy attack. Fleshy texture, clean and salty finish. Red fruit intertwines with notes of candied citrus and rose tea. Long mineral persistence.
This full-bodied, refined vintage rosé pairs well with dishes that have a delicate texture and bold flavors: grilled shellfish, noble fish, and pink meats. The intensity of the fruit also pairs well with slightly spicy or smoky dishes.
Store the bottle at 10–12°C in a stable, dark, and slightly humid cellar. Thanks to its fruity richness, the Grand Vintage Rosé 2015 will slowly evolve towards more mature aromas of dried fruit and honey while retaining its mineral tension.
Optimal window: 2025–2036. From 2025 to 2029, the champagne reveals its fruity brilliance and chalky freshness. Between 2030 and 2034, notes of kirsch and hazelnut appear. From 2035 to 2036, the texture becomes creamier and the minerality asserts itself in a persistent salty finish.
Serve at 9–10°C in large tulip glasses. Open a few minutes before tasting to release the aromas of red fruits and citrus. Avoid decanting: let the cuvée unfold slowly in the glass.

A blend of 52% Pinot Noir (including 14% red wine), 27% Chardonnay, and 21% Meunier. A subtle balance between fruit, tension, and structure.
Extra Brut dosage at 5 g/L, perfectly adjusted to highlight the maturity of the vintage and the mineral freshness.
The Pinot Noir grapes used for red wine come from the best hillsides of the Montagne de Reims. Gentle maceration for around 48 hours extracts color and silky tannins, ensuring the rosé's balance.
Serve at 9–10°C in wide-rimmed glasses to bring out the red fruit aromas. Allow it to breathe for a few moments before tasting: its texture becomes more supple and the finish more saline.
