• 43% Pinot Noir,13% of which is vinified as red wine to bring color, structure, and aromatic intensity.
• 42% Chardonnay, which offers finesse, tension and freshness.
• 15% Meunier, which gives the wine suppleness and roundness.

Aging on lees for six years in the cellar allows the wine to develop its complexity and fullness. After disgorging, an additional six months of rest perfects its harmony. Its Extra Brut dosage of 5 g/L ensures a remarkable balance between freshness and maturity.
