The Sélection cuvée, offered here in its Extra Brut version (dosage of 3.5 g/L), offers additional purity and tension. This cuvée, crafted by Jean-Paul Hébrart, is a fresh and mineral champagne with tangy notes that will awaken the taste buds. It is a perfect cuvée for aperitifs.

The Sélection Extra Brut 1er Cru Marc Hébrart cuvée is made from 70% Pinot Noir from the terroirs of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Avenay and 30% Chardonnay from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Bisseuil.

The Marc Hébrart estate has been practicing sustainable viticulture for several years and vinifies its wines in small vats to preserve the personality of each vine and each terroir.

This Sélection cuvée is creamy and fruity, the perfect cuvée for indulging yourself!
