This cuvée is an Extra Brut version of Marc Hébrart's Rosé. It is a fruity and indulgent champagne, but offers greater freshness than the Brut version. This cuvée is more suited to an aperitif.
This cuvée is made from a blend of 50% Chardonnay from the Croix de Bas - Ramonette vineyard and 43% Pinot Noir from the Pruche - Croix Blanche vineyard. To this blend is added 7% red wine from Mareuil.
This is an Extra Brut champagne with a dosage of around 3g/l.
Brut Rosé Hébrart is ideal as an aperitif or with sushi.
