Les Frères Mignon Champagne

The Mignon brothers, Florent and Julien, embody a new generation of Champagne winemakers who are reviving an exceptional family heritage by putting it at the service of responsible, expressive, and sincere viticulture. Their estate covers approximately 8.8 hectares, mainly planted with Chardonnay on the terroirs of Avize, Cramant, and Cuis. The Mignon brothers favor an organic and biodynamic approach, with viticulture that respects the soil. In the cellar, they adopt a minimalist winemaking style: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, no filtration or fining, no cold stabilization, and very limited use of sulfites.

Les Frères Mignon champagnes are distinguished by their finesse, minerality, and a genuine desire to express the terroir with authenticity and modernity. Their first cuvée, L'Aventure, created in 2019, marks the beginning.
