In this semi-dry version, the Divine cuvée from Leclerc-Briant reveals a new aromatic palette, highlighting its richness and aromatic complexity.
The Divine cuvée from Leclerc Briant is a wine that pairs perfectly with game, cheese, or fruit-based desserts.
This cuvée is a solera blend of the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 vintages. Pinot Meunier is the dominant grape variety (50%), complemented by Pinot Noir (30%) and Chardonnay (20%).
The Divine cuvée is blended to be Demi-Sec, in order to support the aromatic structure with rich, indulgent notes.
This champagne has a pale golden, satiny color. Its bubbles are fine and lively.
The first nose reveals notes of dried fruit, citrus and iodine. The second nose brings out aromas of candied citrus and toast.
On the palate, the Divine cuvée is a champagne with a creamy, silky texture. There are lovely fruity notes and good tension. The mid-palate highlights the richness and aroma of the fruit. The whole expresses a certain indulgence and vinosity with a controlled character.
