Emmanuel Lassaigne's Blanc de Blancs Nature 2010 is the cuvée most representative of the house style. It offers notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus.
This is a cuvée that benefits from long ageing to develop its aromas and offer a complex aromatic structure.
Our wines are renowned for their straightforwardness and purity. The vinification of this 2010 vintage respects this style with a minimum of intervention. Malolactic fermentation is carried out, the wine is vinified in vats and aged in bottles for 7 years, with disgorgement on the fly.
Jacques Lassaigne's work is biodynamic. No pesticides or synthetic products are used, and the vines are worked by hand.
This 2010 Blanc de Blancs nature offers taut notes of fresh fruit and lemon. On the palate, we find a champagne balanced between power and vinosity, with fine tension.
An ideal accompaniment to a fine aperitif.
