The Cuvée Royale by Joseph Perrier is a light and delicate champagne, a wine that is particularly enjoyable as an aperitif.
This champagne is made from a blend of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 30% Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from more than 20 different terroirs, including Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers, and Verneuil.
Cuvée Royale Joseph Perrier has a pale gold color with beautiful copper highlights. Its bubbles are fine, lively, and diffuse.
This champagne offers a discreet, elegant, refined and complex nose. Notes of green apple and vine peach emerge.
On the palate, Cuvée Royale has a powerful, lively and supple attack. It is an expressive and round champagne. The finish retains a lovely freshness and vibrates with a touch of fruit.
