Champagne Jestin is a very young house founded in 2006 by Hervé Jestin, a pioneer and internationally recognized expert in organic viticulture and biodynamics. Hervé Jestin divides his time between consulting for prestigious estates in France and abroad and crafting his own champagnes. These are exclusive cuvées of exceptional complexity and profound emotional depth.

Each vintage from Maison Jestin is “a mirror of the evolution of humanity and nature.” The Vintage is a cuvée of great precision, crafted from grapes sourced from Champagne’s leading biodynamic estates. A complex, deep, and remarkably pure Brut Nature. Clos de Cumières comes from Hervé Jestin’s own vineyards. It is an exclusive cuvée that intensely expresses the terroir of Cumières. A rare champagne, combining richness, tension, and emotion.
