Maison Janisson-Baradon's Cuvée 7C Rosé is based on the original Cuvée 7C, with the addition of red wine. It's an atypical champagne, combining the 7 Champagne grape varieties to create surprising aromatic notes.
In the hills above Epernay, Cyril Janisson has planted 4 parcels of land called "Martinet", "La Croisette", "La Pie Danse" and "Meltin" with all grape varieties, including the 4 forgotten Champagne varieties: Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier and Arbanne. Combined in Cuvée 7C with traditional grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay), they bring rare and unusual flavors.
Cuvée 7C is vinified in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation, and dosed Extra Brut to let the wine's uniqueness express itself.
Cuvée 7C Rosé Janisson-Baradon offers freshness and a rich aromatic palette.
